Enrolling in VSP is EASY:

- If you are a Newly Hired/Newly Eligible State of Delaware employee or pensioner; to enroll in the VSP® vision insurance plan please call VSP directly toll-free at 800.400.4569 to speak with an Enrollment Services Representative Monday-Friday, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m., PT or visit www.vsp.com/go/stateofdelaware to enroll online.

With VSP, there are no ID cards, claim forms or hassles!
Simply make an appointment with a VSP network doctor of your choice and inform them you're a VSP member. The network doctor and VSP will take care of the rest.
