Say Hello To Securian

Minnesota Life, the provider of the State of Delaware's GUL program, has adopted the brand of its parent company, Securian Financial Group, Inc. (Securian). Please note that "Minnesota Life Insurance Company" will continue to be the underwriter for the program and will be noted as such. Although you will see the new brand reflected in the program materials, you will not see any changes to your group life insurance coverage or premium rates as a result of this change. Active State of Delaware employees who are enrolled in the GUL program will notice a difference in the deduction code on their pay advices from "MINNLIFE" to "STLIFE" starting with their March 4, 2016 paycheck. In addition, the "Minnesota Life GUL" Single Sign-On (located in Employee Self Service under Benefits) will have the name changed to "Securian GUL."
